The course, shop, and practice facilities will be off limits for construction. We are exited to complete the final phase to opening our new facility September 1. DRUID HILLS In 1970 the first 9 holes of golf opened for play in Fairfield Glade. All 18 holes were completed in 1973 and the championship course was named Druid Hills Golf Club. Located on the highest point in Fairfield Glade, as the name suggest, Druid Hills provides several scenic views of the surrounding mountains. With rolling, tree-lined fairways, plenty of water, several doglegs, and undulation bent grass greens, Druid Hills is a true test of golf. Druid Hills Golf Club is open to members, Fairfield Glade guests, and the general public with some restrictions. Course designed by Leon Howard. Who's up for a 36-hole day? You can do it here with lunch between rounds. Heatherhurst Golf Club offers two beautiful courses, the Crag and the Brae. The Crag course is player-friendly with tee locations ranging from the most forward Green tees at 3,600 yards to the Blue tees at 6,200. Bentgrass tees and greens, wide fairways-great for short hitters, and strategically placed bunkers add to the fun. The 17th is the Crag's signature hole. The teeing areas sit on an overlook that will have you pausing to take in the view. Although the 17th is a short hole, driving accuracy is important. A favorite among our furry and feathered friends, don't be surprised to see deer, turkey, squirrels or other passers by on the Crag course. Course designed by Gary Roger Baird. Heatherhurst Golf Club offers two beautiful courses, the Crag and the Brae. On the Brae course the front 9 provides the most challenge including a double dogleg fairway with two forced carries over Otter Creek on the 4th hole, said to be one of the toughest par 5's in Tennessee. The back 9 offers three par 3's, three par 4's and three par 5's with undulating fairways and encroaching bunkers. Number 10 is a par 5 that moves down hill to a green overlooking Lake Dartmoor. The Brae is the only course in the area with Zoysia grass fairways, optimal during the hottest summer months. Course designed by Gary Roger Baird. Requests must be submitted more than 60 days prior to your arrival to Fairfield Glade. We then process these requests on a first come, first serve basis. We will send you an email containing your tee times approximately 30 days before your stay at the Glade. Fairfield Glade property owners may book a tee time up to 14 days in advance by phone. The Fairfield Glade property owner must be playing in the tee time. Outside play may book tee times, no restrictions, up to 7 days in advance by phone. (931) 484-3729. Heatherhurst, Druid Hills, Stonehenge and Dorchester Golf Clubs are Community Club facilities available for play by members, guests of members and the general public. Ranges close one day per week for mowing. Only one range is closed at a time and will open immediately after mowing. A pin number may be purchased at any of the golf shops that can be used at any golf facilities range ball machine to receive range balls. The practice of bringing your own golf balls to the range is prohibited. You must leave the Fairfield Glade range balls and baskets at each range. You are not permitted to take them and hit them at another time.

Tennis players choose from four indoor courts and four outdoor clay courts. Our Men’s and Women’s Inter-Club League play, mixers and open play make it easy to get involved. Weekly stroke clinics, private lessons and tennis apprentice classes are offered throughout the year. The Racquet Center also offers a fully stocked pro shop featuring racquets and shoes from Head and Asics and apparel from all the leading clothing brands; Tail, Nike, Bolle, and Adidas.
