Gerald Wibur "G. W." Boland

Funeral services for Mr. Gerald Wibur "G. W." Boland, 83, of Crossville, will be conducted Tuesday afternoon June 3rd at 2 o'clock, in the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper-Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home with Rev. Roger Cooper officiating. Burial will follow in the Crest Lawn Cemetery.

Mr. Boland died Friday afternoon May 30th, 2003 at his home.

Mr.. Boland was born July 1-1919 in North Clymer, New York and was the son of the late Ray & Mable Beckerink Boland.

Mr. Boland was a retired farmer and a member of the Marks Corner United Brethren Church in North Clymer, N. Y.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Roger Boland.

He is survived by his wife over 63 years, Marie M. Delcamp Boland ( whom he married February 7, 1940 in Brooklyn, New York) three daughters and two son-in-laws, Bonnie & Vernon Clyatt of Fort Meade, Florida, Elaine Havlik, and Diane & Dan Owens all of Crossville; a brother, Everett Boland of North Clymer, New York; fourteen grandchildren and twenty-two great grandchildren.

Mr.. Boland's grandsons will serve as pallbearers.

Mr. Boland's family suggest memorials be made to the Hospice of Cumberland County, 30 West Adams, Crossville, TN 38555.

Mr. Boland's family will receive friends Tuesday from 1 o'clock until time of services at the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper-Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home.
